GRAND VINTAGE 1911 AUCTION
DURING THE CANNES FILM FESTIVAL

Continuing its long-standing support of international cinema, Moët & Chandon auctioned the final coffret of its legendary champagne Grand Vintage 1911 at the 19th annual amfAR Gala, Cinema Against AIDS. Held during the 65th Cannes Film Festival, Moët & Chandon’s hundred-year-old treasure was auctioned for €150,000, with proceeds benefitting lifesaving AIDS research.
The star-studded amfAR Gala is one of the most eagerly anticipated events of the Cannes Film Festival, with several of the cinema world’s most successful celebrities in attendance, Karl Lagerfeld, Berenice Bejo and Michel Hazanavicius, Diane Kruger, Adrien Brody, Milla Jovovich, Kylie Minogue and many others.
